Meet Sayuri, the American Pit Bull Terrier starring in Once Upon the Time In Hollywood as Brandy. She looks like Seesaw.

Seesaw is the Bond’s beast, a main character in Star Blast Game One, part natural, part artificial. It looks like a huge American Staffordshire Terrier of Amstaff. Seesaw can adapt to extreme conditions. It is a prey dog priced as a tank, as a hound, and as a heavy load carrier for its strength and stamina.

Os presento a Sayuri, el American Pitbull Terrier que interpreta a Brandy en Érase una vez en Hollywood. Se parece a Seesaw.

Seesaw es la bestia de El Vínculo, un personaje principal de Star Blast Game One, mitad natural, mitad artificial. Parece un enorme Staffordshire Terrier o Amstaff. Four members of the Manson Family broke into the residence of actress Sharon Tate and movie director Roman Polanski at 10050 Cielo Drive, Los Angeles, on the night of August 9, 1969. Linda Kasabian stayed in the car by the gate to keep watch. Tex Watson, Susan Atkins, and Patricia Krenwinkel killed first an approaching driver, Steve Parent, only 18 y. o., as he was leaving the hacienda after visiting the property caretaker, William Garretson, who lived in the guest house. Then, the hippie bunch invaded the house and murdered Tate, who was eight and a half months pregnant, along with three friends (Tate’s former lover Jay Sebring, screenwriter Wojciech Frykowski; and his lover Abigail Folger). Steve McQueen had declined an invitation to the party at Tate's house on the night of the murders in favor of a more private night with a girl, and Polanski was in Europe working on a film project.

Susan Atkins wrote the word, "pig" on the front door with Tate's blood. Sharon, 26, was stabbed 16 times while asking for mercy for her son. There was plenty of her blood on the door sill and porch.

The night following to Tate Murders, Manson himself took six of the family for a drive, the four murderers plus Leslie Van Houten and Steve "Clem" Grogan. After fruitless wandering in a state-of-mind to murder, Manson ordered 3301 Waverly Drive, where they killed the supermarket owner Leno LaBianca and his wife Rosemary by shot and multiple stabbing. (The LaBianca couple’s 16-year-old son, Frank, was allowed to stay an extra day at Lake Isabella with his friends, which saved his life.) Patricia Krenwinkel carved the word, "War" into Mr. Leno's stomach with a fork. The gang scrawled with blood the words, "Rise" and "Death to Pigs" on the wall, and "Healter Skelter" (sic) on the refrigerator.

Manson wanted to put the blame for the killing spree on black people and so spark a total racial war that would end with the annihilation of white people, with only a few and the Family surviving. "Prophet" Manson called these events the "Helter Skelter" after the song. Manson’s bible was the Beatles’ White Album, wherein all songs addressed the Family with a secret meaning.

David "Shorty" Shea was another guest and horse wrangler at Spahn’s Movie Ranch, where Manson’s Family lived. At first, they got on well, but Shorty began to complain about the family when he married a black woman. Un undetermined day by the end of that August, 1969, Tex Watson, Steve Grogan, Bill Vance, Larry Bailey, and Bruce Davis asked Shea to come along to steal some auto parts. After Watson gave a sign, Grogan hit Shea over the head with a pipe wrench and Watson stabbed Shea several times. Shea managed to get out of the car. He then was surrounded by the gang and they brutally stabbed him to death. “Shorty” was actually a heavyset man that stood about six feet four inches tall and weighed more than 200 pounds. Grogan later said that Shea was so strong it took all of them to kill him.

Before all the aforesaid murders, Bobby Beausoleil, Susan Atkins, and Mary Brunner held Gary Hinman hostage at his own house, 964 Old Topanga Canyon Rd. Bobby Beausoleil and Manson himself tortured Gary Hinman to death during through the weekend to get money. Other members of the family might have participated. While Bruce Davis pointed at Hinman with a gun, Manson sliced his ear with a sword at the beginning and had it bleedinng till the moment Beausoleil finally stabbed Hinman dead (July 27, 1969). Beausoleil wrote, "Political Piggy" in blood on the wall and drew a panther paw print in blood too.

The Manson Family could have been responsible for some more deaths according to cold-case investigators.

Tarantino wrecks revenge on the family, picturing his own once-upon-a-time development of events and outcome. This movie is full of reference to late pop-culture from the 60’s. Worth seeing.

Aftermath.

Susan Atkins became a born-again Christian in prison, died in 2009 of brain cancer at 61. In her last parole hearing, she had to be wheeled in her bed to the room as she lay dying. With her husband's help, she recited the 23 Psalm, attributed to King David.

"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake."

Susan Atkins renació como cristiana ferviente en prisión, murió en 2009 de cáncer cerebral a los 61. En su última vista para la obtención de la libertad condicional, hubo que trasladarla en cama de ruedas por su estado. Con la ayuda de su marido, recitó el Salmo 23, atribuido al rey David.

However, water was a problem everywhere, some sort of it. In cities such as New York, for the moment, the flood barriers avoided the city ended swallowed by the sea like Venice, Bangkok, and many others before. As for LA megacity, like in many other places, the problem was scarcity: water was gold. Actually, above all else dwindling resources, water had become an issue in all the Republic of California. The Biltmore received its little share of water from Sierra Nevada and Lake Mead, Colorado River. Hoover dam was fortified and strongly defended. Fortunately, that little amount of water the Biltmore could afford sufficed to their needs because the community worked together efficiently as cogs in a wheel.

In Star Blast, adventurers will witness the creation of the Common Code, a universal language. Such huge undertaking makes linguists not only a device in the novel but also empowers them as a class of characters to equal warriors, mentats, priests, and else. Linguists comply with the rules of the Book of Namers like coherence, cohesion and consistency to develop the Lingo. On Irie too, all demonyms source from the same semantic field, pop culture from the sixties, Hendrix Island, Woodstock village, Janis Joplin river ...

The Common Code is not the only game of language in Game One. We find a few Earth languages and language implants too, long sentences, logical word-order breaks, shifts of points of view from omniscient to first person narrator...

En Star Blast, los aventureros asisten a la creación del Common Code, una lengua universal. Tamaña empresa convierte a los lingüistas no solo en un recurso, también los empodera como clase de personaje a la par que guerreros, mentats, sacerdotes y demás. Los lingüistas se ciñen a las normas de El Libro de los Nominadores, como las de coherencia, cohesión y consistencia, para desarrollar la lengua. En Irie también, todos los topónimos pertenecen al mismo campo semántico, la cultura pop de los sesenta, la isla de Hendrix, la aldea de Woodstock, el río Janis Joplin...

El Common Code no es el único juego lingüístico en Game One. Encontramos muchos idiomas de la Tierra e implantes liugüísticos también, oraciones largas, alteraciones del orden lógico de las palabras en la oración, giros en el punto de vista desde narrador omnisciente a narrador en primera persona...

¿Por cuánto tiempo podrá el hombre anular el sistema? Historia de un error y otro fragmento de Star Blast Game One

It seems that Star Blast Game One has not been displaying as a match result in the amazon.com search engine when doing a direct search (just the title, without choosing any other categories like “books” or whatever) for long.

Additionally, all formats of the book have not been showing lately (particularly, kindle format) on some international amazon sites, particularly on amazon.de and amazon.co.uk. Apparently, it has always worked on amazon.co.jp and amazon.fr, though not properly for the latter.

Parece que Star Blast Game One no se ha estado mostrando como resultado en el motor de búsqueda de amazon.com al realizar una búsqueda directa (solo título, sin incluir otras categorías como "libros" y demás) durante tiempo.

Además, no todos los formatos del libro aparecían últimamente (en particular, el formato kindle) en sitios internacionales de amazon como amazon.de y amazon.co.uk. Parece ser que amazon.co.jp y amazon.fr, siempre han funcionado correctamente, aunque no a la perfección en el último caso.

Once upon a time in Hollywood. Demonology and Demonyms

I am looking forward to Tarantino’s Once upon a Time in Hollywood film. To set the scene, I recommend the book Helter Skelter (1974) by Mr. Bugliosi, who acted as prosecutor in the 1970 trial of Charles Manson and the Family for the murders at Tate’s mansion and else others, stabbing to death young beautiful Sharon Tate, Roman Polanski's eight-month pregnant wife.

This put a sharp end to innocence of the hippie dream and this also relates to planet Irie in Star Blast Game One, though sideways.
